OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM A SPECIFIC ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify Veluna against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
